Once access to the apps, APIs, or services is provided to the client, fees paid are non-refundable. This includes wallet recharges, prepaid messaging credits, and monthly or annual subscription amounts.
We focus on the success of our clients by providing hands-on setup support and technical sessions to help implement campaigns and optimize delivery rates across all messaging channels.
Note: The same applies to deposits made for part payments and setup fees.
